- Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI)
- Has received numerous awards for Real Estate Sales and Marketing
- Was the founder and owner of:
- Specialty Title Services (A large title insurance agency which operated 18 offices in 4 states)
- Tri County Realty Property Management (Managed over 400 properties in Greater Atlanta)
- Active in the Community by serving as President and Executive board member of the Paulding Board of Realtors, as well as Secretary, Executive Board member and Small Business Trainer for two different Chambers of Commerce and Vice President of The Paulding Business Associate
- Is NOT an overachiever at all 😉 j/k... we love our fearless leader!!
- Together with his lovely wife of 34 years, Toni Thomas, has 4 grown children, including Amy Thomas - part of the Tri County (Super) Team!!

- Audio / Visual Engineering Degree from Full Sail University
- Middle School Education Degree from Kennesaw State University
- Cobb County Math teacher for 14 years
- Was Awarded Teacher of the Month, March 2015
- Former Missionary & Youth Pastor (Lived in Alaska for a year!)
- Loving Husband of 15 years to wife, Dianne
- Enjoying the Adventure in Parenthood with Dianne and their 4 children, ages 12, 10, 8 & 5
- Is unashamed to show his inner geek when it comes to all things Star Wars & electronic 80's music
Dianne: Phones, Contracts & Internet Marketing
- Handles initial phone calls, appointments and contract management
- Creates internet marketing content for blog, Facebook, & website
- REALTOR since 2006 (back after a few years' hiatus to begin a photography business)
- Owner / Photographer of Dulce Light Photography (providing Family & Real Estate Photography Services)
- Dedicated to constant communication throughout the entire Home Buying / Selling process & enjoys keeping all parties informed & on track... if she doesn't know the answer to your question... she'll find it!
- Grateful for the blessing of both businesses which allow her to continue to homeschool her 4 children and prepare to become a foster mom as well.
- Humbled by the grace Jesus shows her everyday & grateful for every blessing God gives her, she strives to honor Him in all she does.
- Besides being a really nerdy, OCD Realtor, photographer & cellist obsessed with all things Superman... is also a wife, mom, sister, & daughter who loves her family, friends and, truly, all the people she is blessed to get to know!
